Russia unleashes a barrage of cruise missile and drone attacks over Ukraine. An industrial zone in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, was among the targets attacked, with a massive explosion damaging or destroying 19 apartment buildings and 25 dwellings, and injuring 34 people.
